Passion-Driven Care, Delivered to Your Door
Hi, I’m Katie, a registered oncology and haematology nurse with over 18 years of clinical experience. Throughout my career, I have worked within leading healthcare organisations including Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, and The American Hospital
Dubai, supporting patients and families with compassion, dignity, and person-centred care.
My background includes senior nursing roles in oncology, haematology, stem cell transplantation,
and CAR T-cell therapy, where I was involved in helping establish one of the UK’s first CAR T-cell
therapy programmes.
I have also led nurse-led survivorship and late effects services, helping
patients manage their recoveryand long-term wellbeing following treatment. I co-founded Gracely Healthcare with a vision to provide safe, high-quality, compassionate care that allows
people to remain independent and supported within the comfort of their own homes.
I am passionate about delivering care that is tailored to each individual’s needs,
promoting dignity, respect, choice, and wellbeing at every stage of life.

General Home Visits
Our Home Care Service provides compassionate, reliable support that helps individuals live comfortably and confidently at home. Our team is dedicated to delivering personalised care with dignity, respect, and a genuine human touch. Whether it’s daily assistance, companionship, or specialised support, we’re here to make every day safer, easier, and brighter.
Medication Orgnaisation
We help clients stay on track with their medicines through friendly reminders, prescription collection and keeping an eye on supplies. We let families know about any concerns, giving everyone peace of mind while supporting independence at home.
Fluid and hydration support
Our carers make sure clients have regular drinks throughout the day, preparing their favourite hot and cold drinks and leaving fresh fluids within easy reach. Gentle encouragement to drink enough helps clients stay hydrated, which supports their energy, wellbeing and independence at home.
Medical appointment Support
Our carers accompany clients to and from medical appointments, hospital visits and other outings, offering a steady arm, reassurance and company along the way. This helps clients keep up with important appointments and stay connected with their community, while feeling safe and supported.
Meal preparation
Our carers prepare nutritious, home-cooked meals tailored to each client's tastes and dietary needs. Alongside regular drinks, good nutrition helps clients maintain their health, energy and independence in the comfort of their own home.
Household Tasks
Our carers help with everyday household tasks, including light cleaning, laundry, ironing, washing up and changing bed linen. Keeping the home clean, tidy and safe helps clients feel comfortable and stay independent in their own home.
